David W. Bentley, Partner
Dave Bentley is a founding Partner of Bentley & Farrell. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Bentley spent 10 years at New York based Nordeman Grimm, where he rose to Vice Chairmanship of the firm. Before joining Nordeman Grimm, he co-owned Decisions Publications, a business to business publishing company which published the highly successful Marketing & Media Decisions. Before his 'Decisions tenure, he was Vice President of Sales for the then titled Magazine Publishers Association. A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Bentley earned his BS in Hotel Administration.
Frank J. Farrell, Partner
Frank Farrell is a founding Partner of Bentley & Farrell. Mr. Farrell has spent over 30 years in the executive search industry, first at Heidrick & Struggles where he became senior Vice President in the New York office. Leaving Heidrick in 1980, Mr. Farrell opened his own practice, Farrell & Phin, where for 20 years, he and Jane Phin grew a remarkably successful firm. When Phin retired in 1998, Farrell was quickly recruited to join Nordeman Grimm as its President. He is a graduate of New York University with a BA in History.
